CORE REPAIR HOW WELL AND TRUE

       Core wood is peeling off of the rotary, while the rotary itself is a tool for peeling logs that have been washed thoroughly. When peeled core still wet, to dry it in need of a tool called press dryer. This tool is capable of drying the core as much as 10 cores once the press, for 5 minutes, so fast. Then if everything came out perfect and intact after passing through the press. No, the core will look broken, there were holes and there were charred hehe.
       How do I make it look good and the core intact, only one is in repair. It takes time and a long process, as well as skill and speed. Try to imagine, core exit press 5 minutes so 10 cores. To repair one core is 2 minutes to 1 core and at work by 2 people, how many workers are needed to do this.
       Before the repair core, first prepare the tools
- Knife cutter
- Dantip (a type of adhesive made from paper)
- Wet fabrics, to lubricate dantip
- Gloves
- Mask
- RAFFIA
- The trash
- Sweep stick
- Stick iron
       Before starting work, need to know where to be at the core ripair, there are a lot of issues contained in the core after the exit of the press driyer, which are as follows:
a. Core rupture, usually on the edge
b. Core rude, perhaps because ironing press dryer is not smooth
c. Core broken. So two or three times so
d. Core holes, caused by former knots
e. Knots, looked hard and black upon entering the press
f. Core Corrugated
g. Ticness, or overlap, is caused waste go into press
       Well for this repair process first provide water in a small box or cup, to moisten the cloth, take dantip, then sayatlah core disease as above using a cutter knife, sayatlah resembles the letter V for core rupture, but first tumpangilah above using intact cores , so later when cut, the two cores will be cut. Dispose of broken core earlier, and replaced by an intact core crushing created earlier. Enter and paste using dantip in the corners. Intact and not look good.
       For a hollow core, double sayatlah resembles the letter V like approximation (<>) with the previously superimposed on it in yag core still intact, so that the holes later discarded and replaced intact cores before, almost the same as doing for the core broken. For small holes that we patched it using a small core, this is called "petching".
